MY LEGACY

Sayuri was the recipient of the NRF Masters scholarship 
Sayuri was the recipient of the Doctoral scholarship.  
Both the above was presented to her, due to her exceptional academic results during years of study.

In 2018 Sayuri presented her paper entitled ‘Signal analytes, STAT-3 and MEK-1 in HIV-associated pre-eclampsia’ at the 2018 congress of the International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Pregnancy (ISSHP) in Amsterdam, Netherlands where Sayuri received the Young Investigators Travel Award. 

Sayuri has published the following papers: 

Bar, the Covid pandemic and sub sequent restrictions, Sayuri would have completed her PhD at age 25 years, making her one of the youngest graduates in Africa and the World.
Sayuri was to have graduated in July, age 26 years.
